Facts, allegations, and opinion
Documented facts are cited so a reader can open the source. Allegations, House resolutions, bar complaints, and opinion are labeled as such. A House filing, a news story, or a district-court vacatur is not a finding of guilt and is not a Supreme Court holding. H.Res. 1421 is INTRODUCED. This site will not write “IMPEACHED” as fact.
